Overview

What XZT Copier Does

XZT Copier watches the Telegram groups, supergroups, channels and forum topics you choose, and the moment a new message arrives it rebuilds it and re-sends it into your own target chat as a brand-new message — not a forward. It comes through even from chats where forwarding is restricted, with no "forwarded from" tag and no original sender shown. Clean, and yours.

📡

Reads Any Chat Type

Groups, supergroups, channels and forum topics — XZT copies from them all. It loads your real chats straight from your account, no IDs to copy by hand.

✉️

Re-Sends, Not Forwards

Every message is rebuilt and sent fresh into your target — so it still comes through even from chats where forwarding is switched off. No "forwarded from" tag, and the original sender isn't shown. It simply looks like your own post.

🎯

Allow / Block Filters

Only copy messages containing certain words, or never copy ones that do. Perfect for filtering signals from chatter.

🖼️

Media On or Off

Send photos and videos across, or switch media off to keep the target chat clean and text-only — fewer messages, just the signals that matter.

📈

Buy / Sell Signals Only

Use allow-words like buy, sell so only real trade signals get copied and the everyday chatter is left behind. Your target stays pure signal.

♾️

No Limits

Run as many copiers as you like at once — many sources into one target, one source into many, or any mix. There's no cap on how much you copy.

💾

Local History

Optionally save every message to your own PC, organised per group, in weekly text files you can open any time.

🔒

Runs in the Background

Minimise to the system tray and XZT keeps copying. Starts with Windows so you never miss a message.

Getting Started

Installing XZT Copier

A normal Windows installer. Run it, accept the terms, choose where to install, and you're done.

1

Run XZT_Setup.exe

Double-click the installer you downloaded. If Windows or your antivirus shows a warning, see the Antivirus section below — XZT is safe.

2

Accept the Terms

Read and accept the licence agreement to continue. By installing you agree to use XZT at your own risk (full terms shown during install).

3

Choose Install Location

Leave the default (Program Files) or pick your own folder. Tick the desktop shortcut and "start with Windows" options if you'd like them.

4

Launch XZT Copier

Finish the installer with "Launch XZT Copier" ticked, or open it from your Start Menu / desktop shortcut. You'll see the XZT splash, then the main window.

First launch note: XZT opens in a locked state until your licence is activated. That's normal — head to the Activation step next.

Connection

Connecting Telegram

XZT logs into your own Telegram account using API credentials you create. This is a one-time setup — XZT remembers it and reconnects automatically every launch.

1

Open Telegram Settings

In XZT, click Telegram Settings. Use the Open my.telegram.org button to get your credentials, or the Help / Setup guide button if you get stuck.

2

Get Your API Credentials

Log in at my.telegram.org with your phone number → "API development tools" → create an app (any name, e.g. "XZT"). Copy your api_id and api_hash.

Keep these private. Your api_id and api_hash are your Telegram login. Never share them with anyone.
3

Enter & Connect

Paste your api_id, api_hash, and phone number (with country code, e.g. +44...) into XZT, then click Connect. Enter the login code Telegram sends you, plus your 2FA password if you have one.

4

Connected

The Telegram light turns green and your username shows at the top of the main window. XZT stays logged in — next time you open it, it reconnects on its own. Use Disconnect in the Telegram window if you ever need to log out.

Licence

Activating XZT

XZT needs a valid XZTTC licence code to copy. Activation is instant and the licence is checked automatically in the background while you use it.

1

Open XZT Auth

Click the XZT Auth button. Paste the XZTTC code that was emailed to you into the Auth code field.

XZTTC-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
2

Click Activate

XZT checks your code with our server. When it's valid, the XZT Auth light turns green and shows Active. The app unlocks and your copiers start.

3

Stay Active

XZT re-checks your licence automatically every hour. You don't need to do anything — leave it running and it keeps itself verified.

One code, your device. Your licence is tied to your XZTTC code and your machine. If you enter a bad or inactive code, XZT locks and stops copying until a valid one is entered.
If the licence ever fails: XZT gives a short grace window on a background check, but a second failed check (or an invalid code on Activate) locks the app. Only copying stops — your Telegram login stays connected — and everything resumes the moment a valid check passes.

Core

Adding a Copier

A "copier" is one rule: copy from this source into that target. Run as many as you like at once — there's no limit. Point many sources at one target, one source at many targets, or any combination you need.

1

Click + Add New Copier

XZT loads your real groups and topics into the dropdowns. Hit "Refresh chats" any time to re-pull the list.

2

Pick Source & Target

Choose the source (where messages come from) and the target (where they go) — any group, supergroup, channel or forum topic from your account. If a chat has forum topics, pick the exact topic too.

3

Set Filters & Options

Add allow/block words, choose whether to include media, set your tag, and turn on local history if you want it. (All covered in the next sections.)

4

Save Copier

It appears in your Active Tasks table as Running and starts copying live. Use Pause, Edit, or Delete any time.

Control

Filters & Tags

Decide exactly which messages get copied, and how they're labelled when they land.

Allow words
Only copy a message if it contains at least one of these words. Leave blank to allow everything. This is how you copy buy / sell signals only — set buy, sell (add tp, sl, entry if you like) and everyday chatter is left behind. Your target stays pure signal.
Block words
Never copy a message if it contains any of these words. Example: advert, promo, join. Block always wins over allow.
Include media
When on, photos and videos are copied across with their caption. Switch it off to send text only — this cuts down how many messages land in your target and keeps it clean, just the signal text with no image clutter.
Tag
Every copied message gets a label on top so your readers know the source. Tick Include source group name in tag to show where it came from, and XZT shows a live Preview of the tag as you set it.
Tip: Filters are case-insensitive and match anywhere in the message. Use distinctive words (buy, sell, tp, sl) rather than short fragments, so you don't accidentally match common letters inside other words.

Records

Local History

Keep your own copy of everything. When enabled for a copier, XZT saves messages to your PC — fully offline, yours to keep.

📁

A Folder Per Group

Each source group gets its own folder inside your Documents → XZT Copier → history.

📄

Weekly Text Files

Messages are saved into a new plain-text file each week. Open them in any text editor — no special software.

🖼️

Media Saved Too

Photos and videos are downloaded into the group's folder, with the filename noted in the text log.

Every message is logged — both the ones copied and the ones filtered out — each marked so you can see what happened. Filtered messages are recorded but never sent on.
Keep for: Choose how long to keep history per copier — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year.

Everyday Use

Tray & Closing

XZT is built to run quietly in the background so it never misses a message.

The X button
Closing the window with the X minimises XZT to the system tray — it keeps copying in the background. Double-click the tray icon to reopen it.
Full Close
The red Full Close button fully shuts XZT down and stops all copying. It asks you to confirm first.
Tray → Exit
Right-click the tray icon and choose Exit for the same full shutdown (with confirmation).
Start with Windows
If you enabled it during install, XZT launches automatically when your PC boots and resumes your copiers.
Remember: while XZT is fully closed it is not copying. To keep copying running, leave it in the tray rather than using Full Close.

Important

Antivirus & Windows Warnings

Please read this before installing — it's the one thing that catches people out.

XZT Copier is completely safe. Some antivirus programs (and Windows SmartScreen) may flag it or show a warning when you install or run it. This is a false positive.

Here's the honest reason: to stop these warnings entirely, software has to be "code-signed" — and the certificate companies that issue those signatures charge high yearly fees. We have chosen not to pay them. We'd rather keep XZT affordable and put that money nowhere near the big certificate corporations. The trade-off is that some antivirus tools will flag our unsigned app until they learn it's trusted.

🛡️

It's a False Positive

XZT does not contain a virus. The flag is triggered by it being newly built and unsigned, not by anything harmful.

You Can Allow It

If your antivirus or Windows blocks XZT, allow it / mark it as safe in your security software, then install or run again.

Common Questions

Does it forward messages or copy them? +

It copies them. Each message is re-sent into your target chat as a brand-new message with your XZT Copier tag on top — there is no "forwarded from" label. It looks like your own post.

What chats can it copy from? +

Any chat on your account — groups, supergroups, channels and forum topics. Because XZT rebuilds each message and sends it fresh rather than forwarding it, content still comes through even from chats where forwarding has been switched off, and the original sender isn't shown in your target.

How many copiers can I run? +

As many as you like — there's no limit. You can send many sources into one target, one source into many targets, or any mix. Each copier runs independently and you can pause, edit or delete any of them at any time.

Do I need to keep XZT open for it to copy? +

XZT needs to be running, but it can sit minimised in the system tray — it keeps copying in the background. Closing the window with the X minimises it; only "Full Close" or tray → Exit stops copying. If you enabled "start with Windows", it launches on boot automatically.

Why is my antivirus flagging it? +

It's a false positive. We don't pay the big certificate companies to sign the software, so some antivirus tools flag the unsigned app. XZT is safe — allow it in your security software and you're good. See the Antivirus section.

Can I copy from a forum group's specific topic? +

Yes. When you pick a source group that has forum topics, the topic dropdown fills with that group's topics. Choose the exact topic and XZT only copies messages from it. Same for the target.

What happens if my licence expires or is cancelled? +

XZT checks your licence hourly. If it becomes inactive, the app locks and copying stops — your Telegram login stays connected. Enter a valid code in XZT Auth and it unlocks and resumes immediately.

Is my Telegram login safe? +

Your login session is stored locally on your own PC. We never receive your Telegram password or session. Your api_id and api_hash are your private credentials — keep them to yourself.

Where do I get a licence code? +

Pricing and access details are on xzoneia.co.uk, or message us on Telegram @xzoneiatrading. Your XZTTC code is emailed to you after purchase.
