Refund Policy
Summary: All sales are final. No mid-term refunds. Two exceptions apply: proven technical failure within the first 7 days, or extended server outage. See full details below.
1. General Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Software and the immediate delivery of licence codes upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused subscription time, or dissatisfaction with trading results.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon cancellation:
- Your EA will continue to function until the end of your current paid period
- No refund will be issued for the remaining unused days
- Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends
- Your auth code will be deactivated at the end of the paid period
3. Exception: Technical Failure (7-Day Window)
A full refund will be issued if, within the first 7 days of your initial purchase:
- The EA fails to install correctly on MT5, and
- The EA fails to activate (licence verification fails), and
- The fault is confirmed to be on our end (not related to your MT5 setup, broker restrictions, or internet connectivity)
To request a refund under this exception, contact us at xzoneiatrading@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with a description of the issue and your order details. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
4. Exception: Extended Server Outage
If our licence server is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, preventing the EA from operating, you may request either:
- A pro-rata refund for the period of unavailability, or
- An equivalent extension of your subscription period
Planned maintenance windows, which will be announced in advance via Telegram, do not qualify for this exception.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer without first contacting us will result in:
- Immediate and permanent termination of your licence
- A permanent ban from future purchases
- We actively contest all chargebacks and provide evidence of delivery to your card issuer
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first — we are happy to resolve genuine problems.
6. IB Partner Licences
IB Partner licences are provided free of charge. No refunds are applicable as no payment is made. If your IB licence is deactivated due to moving your account off our IB, no compensation is provided.
7. VAT
Where VAT has been charged, refunds will include the VAT element where a full refund is issued. Partial refunds will include a proportionate VAT refund.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. If you believe your statutory rights entitle you to a remedy not covered above, please contact us to discuss.
