Risk Disclosure

Effective date: 19 May 2026  |  Xzoneia Trading  |  Scottish Borders, Scotland, UK

Important: Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial situation and experience.

1. General Risk Warning

The XZ Trader Expert Advisor ("EA") is an automated trading tool that executes trade signals on your MT5 account. The use of automated trading software does not eliminate or reduce the inherent risks of trading financial markets. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

2. No Financial Advice

Xzoneia Trading is not a regulated financial services firm. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other regulatory body. Nothing on our website, in our software, or in any communications we send constitutes:

  • Financial advice or investment advice
  • A recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument
  • An offer or solicitation to trade
  • Portfolio management or investment management services

Before trading, you should seek independent financial advice from a qualified professional if you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for you.

3. Past Performance

Past performance of any trading signal, strategy, or system is not indicative of future results. Any performance figures shown on our website, in promotional materials, or in Telegram channels are historical and do not guarantee future performance. Trading results will vary significantly based on market conditions, broker execution, slippage, and other factors outside our control.

4. Automated Trading Risks

Specific risks associated with automated trading software include:

  • Technical failure: The EA may fail to execute trades due to connectivity issues, broker-side problems, server downtime, or software errors
  • Signal dependency: The EA relies on external signals delivered via Telegram. Signal quality, timing, and availability are outside our control
  • Slippage: Trades may be executed at prices different from the signal price due to market conditions and broker execution
  • Over-optimisation: Trading strategies that perform well in historical testing may not perform as well in live market conditions
  • Market gaps: Markets can gap significantly at open or during news events, resulting in losses greater than anticipated
  • Leverage: Trading on margin amplifies both gains and losses

5. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • All trading decisions made by the EA on your account
  • Monitoring your account and the EA's activity
  • Setting appropriate risk parameters within the EA
  • Ensuring the EA is used in compliance with your broker's terms
  • Understanding the risks involved before activating the EA

Xzoneia Trading accepts no responsibility or liability for any trading losses, missed trades, or other financial outcomes arising from the use of the Software.

6. Prop Firm Accounts

If you use the EA on a prop firm (funded account) evaluation or live funded account, you do so entirely at your own risk. Prop firm rules vary significantly. We accept no liability for account violations, failed evaluations, or loss of funded accounts.

7. Only Trade What You Can Afford to Lose

Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Do not trade with borrowed money, money needed for living expenses, or funds that would cause you financial hardship if lost entirely.
