Common questions

Is the Telegram Copier really free with the EA?
Yes. Every XZT - EA tier (Solo, Trio, Pro) includes the XZT Telegram Copier at no extra cost. The £9.99/mo standalone plan is only for people who want the Copier on its own, without the EA.
What counts as one connection?
One connection = one MT5 account number running the EA at the same time. Demo accounts and strategy tester don't count against your limit.
Can I change tier or billing period later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time via the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
What happens if I cancel?
The EA keeps working until the end of your paid period. No mid-term refunds. Cancel any time via the billing portal — one click, no questions.
What if my payment fails on renewal?
You get a 7-day grace period. The EA keeps running, Stripe retries the payment, and you'll receive email reminders. If payment isn't resolved after 7 days, the EA stops.
Do prop firm accounts work?
Yes — XZ Trader works on any MT5 account, including funded prop firm accounts. Each prop firm account counts as one connection slot.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details.
What is the IB Partner path?
If you sign up for a live account under our broker partner (Vantage), you get XZ Trader free for life with unlimited accounts under that broker. The EA auto-disables if you move off our IB. Coming soon — join the waitlist via Telegram.
